Beside my long experience in tourism and hotels, I have enough experience in fishing, especially in the red sea. I had various fishing trips from different ports on the Egyptian East coast many of which I organize myself. This is how I became fond of Fish with all its different kinds and shapes. In addition, I like fish meals and interested in the way it is cooked.


	The idea to open a Fish and Chips shop in Egypt came to me the first time I had fish and chips in London. I enjoyed the meal so much as it was delicious, healthy, fast and affordable. Since then I planed to have my own fish and chips shop in Egypt.

The choice of Maadi area to start our first branch was to be among most of the communities who like Fish & Chips and I wish our meal will meet your satisfaction and you will be our regular costumer.
